I take an Eclectic approach to therapy to assist adults (18+) with their mental health, substance use, and wellness needs. I pull from multiple therapeutic techniques to cater to the treatment plan that is collaboratively created. I primarily utilize CBT, Solution focused CBT, and/or Trauma Focused CBT to assist clients. I am also EMDR certified. Here are some mental health issues I assist clients with: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Grief, Men’s Issues, Women’s Issues, Self-Esteem, ADD/ADHD, Autism, Assertiveness, Different types of Abuse, Stress, Veterans Issues, Parenting Skills, and more.

I take a collaborative approach to help out couples with a variety of issues. Whether it’s mending a relationship or helping work through a divorce, I assist couples to help them achieve their goals through evidence based therapeutic approaches. I assist couples with the following: Relationship issues, Communication Issues, Infidelity, Divorce, Parenting Skills, and More.

I utilize a solution focused CBT approach with substance use counseling. I assist clients by creating a relapse prevention plan and doing dual diagnosis counseling to assist with co-occurring mental health and substance use issues.

Court Mandated Substance Use Therapy is available on a limited basis.
